The Theory and Method Investigation for Construction Enterprise Informatization in Our Country

Abstract


Construction industry is one of the supporting industries of national economy in our country, which plays an important role in national economical and social development. With China successfully entered into the WTO, the domestic construction markets are continuously integrated with the world ones. On one hand, the tremendous construction markets in oversea provide much more opportunities for ourselves. On the other hand, competition between the domestic construction markets will be more fierce, which will provide severe baptism for the domestic enterprises.As one of the important approaches to step up competitive capability, informatization is not only a means, but also a kind of strategic destines, meanwhile, a reform of management. However, the informatization of construction enterprises in our country is still in the initial stage presently, which exists many problems and even if be faced up a certain risks. Therefore, in the informatization environment, construction enterprises make full use of informational technologies and develop informatization management to enhance the informatization management level and management capability of enterprises for further strengthening the competition of enterprises, which will be confronted with the flinty problems for domestic construction enterprises.This paper encircles informatization management of construction enterprise to detailed expatiate informatization management and integrating mode, evaluating system of informatization risking management of construction enterprises and informatization developing tactics. The investigating contents of the paper can be divided into the following parts:Firstly, the paper investigates informatization management mode of construction enterprises, starting with traditional organizing system, analyzing the influence caused by informatization especially the one of construction enterprise management flowchart. On the basis of it, this paper analyzes structure and characteristics of informatization management system of construction enterprises and propose management organizing mode of construction enterprises in the informatization environment.Secondly, the paper studies the informatization integrating pattern of construction enterprise. On the basis of analyzing main contents and necessity including construction enterprises’ collaborative commerce function, intension and development, exploring mutual informational plat of construction enterprises and the relationship between the collaborative elements to propose construction enterprise informatization integrating model based on collaborative commerce. Besides, combining the characteristic of Web Services, this section still constitutes informatization model and its realized style of construction enterprises based on Web Services.Thirdly, the paper highlights on the investigation of informatization risking management system of construction enterprises. On the basis of analyzing informatization project risking factors of construction enterprises, the paper proposes the informatization project risking knowledge expressing system, which is against the characteristics of uncertainty of informatizational project and makes full use of the advantages of coarseness assembling theory for analyzing the informatizational project risking factors, meanwhile, computing relative weights to construct the informatizational project risking tactics model based on coarseness assembling theory.Fourthly, the paper analyzes the informatization efficient evaluating scheme of construction enterprises. Base on it, this section combines the relative method of fuzzy theory to try to discuss the informatization performence evaluating method of construction enterprises, and then proposes the informatization efficient evaluating model based on fuzzy theory.Fifthly, the paper carries on the informatization developing tactics of construction enterprises. This section has analyzed the informatization strategies and executing tactics from the aspects of informational executing program, differences and core capability drive etc, moreover, proposed relative evadable tactics for the informational risk of construction enterprises from three aspects such as macroscopy, microscopy and execution.Finally, the paper formulates and analyzes the whole contents mentioned above through a realized case as an example, furthermore, makes conclusions for the whole paper.
