Abstract


The twenty-first century, human resources are the source of competition and the competition for talent is other all competitions of the foundation, and the competition for talent will also be intensified. The study results show that economic growth mainly relies on physical capital from the decision to rely increasingly turning to the case of human capital decisions, to improve the economic development of developing the talent is the most effective means. Which countries and regions including China’s various regions are increasingly focused on the talent competition, which triggered the competitiveness of regional research talent is becoming increasingly urgent and more important also.January 12,2010 the State Council formally approved the implementation of the "Wan-Jiang City Belt the transfer of industries demonstration area plan", May 25, 2010 National Talent Work Conference was held, presented the "National long-term talent development program (2010-2020)"In the context of these two, this paper Wan-Jiang City Belt demonstration area talent competition as the research object, with a strong theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, empirical research, analysis of the Wan-Jiang City Belt’s 9 cities talent competition the current situation and future of the region based on the results of the talent competition has put forward countermeasures and suggestions.This article is divided into seven chapters:Chapter one is an introduction, explain the background, purpose, significance, content, methods and the idea of innovation.Chapter two is literature review, mainly on the definition of talent, talent, and the definition of competitive areas defined and explained the meaning of regional talent competition. On this basis, the paper introduces the research on the status of competitive talent.Chapter three is Wan-Jiang City Belt talent competition situation analysis, this chapter is to introduce the Wan-Jiang City Belt the status of competitive talent, and Wan-Jiang City Belt talent competition for SWOT analysis, from a different point of view of the competitiveness of the regional talent situation.Chapter four is evaluation model of regional talent competition, mainly the establishment of Wan-Jiang City Belt regional talent competition assessment model, professionals from the regional competitiveness evaluation index selection, evaluation of regional talent competition content, evaluation of regional talent competition theory model describes three aspects.Chapter five is Wan-Jiang City Belt talent evaluation model of competitiveness of research, mainly empirical study area selection, data acquisition, based on principal component analysis of regional competitiveness evaluation model to evaluate the talent and empirical analysis of the results of the four conclusions part of the content. Chapter four and Chapter five is the core of this paper.Chapter six is Wan-Jiang City Belt talent to enhance the competitiveness of countermeasures and suggestions, through empirical analysis, according to the Wan-Jiang City Belt scores of nine municipalities were ranked talent competition, in this based on the Wan-Jiang City Belt Strategies for future work and recommendations of personnel.Chapter seven is the conclusion of this article, points out limitations, and future in-depth study on the subject were discussed.
