Abstract


In China, the relationship between the government and the farmers since ancient times, and with the development of history and development. Recalling the relationship between the government and farmers' development process can be divided into four stages, and its general features are wandering forward, in twists and turns. In the 21st century, agriculture, rural areas and farmers increasingly attracted national attention and the community, in order to solve the \In the government's help and support, rural social undertakings developed rapidly, while the relationship between the government and farmers has also been changed and developed, one kind of different from the past, the new relationship between the government and the farmers are forming. A new relationship between the Government and farmers have the following characteristics: First, harmony and win-win, the government and the opposition farmers to change the pattern of the past, through the harmonious coexistence and mutually beneficial cooperation to achieve win-win situation; Second, the government and the dominant role of the main farmers combined together promotion; Third, the government-led body interaction with the farmers, are indispensable. Government formed a new relationship with the farmers, the government to take measures to solve the \For the current needs of rural areas in terms of social development, we must pay attention to the relationship between the Government and farmers.
