Objective: To analyze the genotype of the nosocomial infections of the multi-drugresistance Acinetobacter baumann in hospital infection, and to investigate therelationship between the active efflux pump gene adeAB, adeRS and the multi-drugresistance of Acinetobacter baumannii for providing direct and reliable reference ofhospital infection control.Methods: Totally60strains of multi-resistance Acinetobacter baumannii werecollected. Randomly amplifiled polymorphic DNA (RAPD) genotyping method wasused to analyze its genotype. The influence of active efflux inhibitors carbonylcyanide mchlorophenyl-hydrazone (CCCP) on the growth of the multi-drug resistanceof Acinetobacter baumannii was detected by using agar dilution method. The activeefflux pump gene adeABC and adeRS was identified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and the gene was sequenced and analyzed.Results:(1) The resistant rates of multi-resistance Acinetobacter baumannii to meropenem andimipenem were80.0%and81.7%respectively, the resistance rate to otherantibacterial drugs was above90%.(2) There are11genotype among60strains of multi-resistance Acinetobacterbaumannii:12strains type A,18strains type B,10strains type C,3strains typeD,5strains type E,2strains type F,2strains type G,2strains type H,4strainstype I,1strains type J and K seperatedly.(3) The active efflux inhibitors CCCP can reduce the MIC of Acinetobacterbaumannii to AKN. Without CCCP,the resistant rates of Acinetobacter baumanniito meropenem and imipenem were100%.(4) The results of the active efflux pump gene:52strains adeA,58strains adeB,55 strains adeC,54strains adeR,55strains adeS,42strains adeA, adeB, adeC,45strains adeR, adeS,42strains adeA, adeB,adeC, adeR,adeS,2strains withoutade efflux pump gene.Conclusion:(1) Multi-resistance Acinetobacter baumannii is one of the most importantpathogens with multiple antibiotic resistances, and exist nosocomial infection.(2) CCCP can reduce the multi-drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii toefflux.(3) The effection of active efflux system of adeABC and adeRS may be one of theimportant multidrug resistance mechanisms of.Acinetobacter baumannii.
