Abstract


Today in the rapid development of INTERNET, the Internet become faster access to information, publishing information, and an important channel for transmitting information. The file management system to address this difficulty is born to be pregnant, because the file management system file management a powerful role, as well as the convenience of the file to retrieve only accurate, it has become the government, enterprises and institutions in the information technology important part, so much attention.Archives Suining City in order to better manage the files related to information, improving the efficiency of the Archives, while minimizing manual management mistakes to avoid, so make the file information management system. From the function of the system is divided into: file information entry, modify the file information, file information query, file information and file account management print several functional modules. Archives of Suining City in general to meet the basic information for file management. At the same time as the system is based on B / S structure, so the show is its function in the form of websites, but also to adapt to the rapid development of the current status of INTERNET.The system uses a UML modeling using surface as the object of analysis and design method, based on the current popular ASP.NET development technologies, combined with Microsoft’s enterprise-class database, SQL Server 2005 was developed. ASP.NET as the development of technology has the characteristics of easy to learn, but very powerful features. The whole system is completed in Visual Studio 2008 Integration Develop Envirment.
