Abstract


For highly dependent on the network , data security and availability is essential for the survival and development of the telecom operators . A variety of natural disasters and emergencies are likely to lead to data loss of the telecom operators , the resulting system to a standstill . Data loss seems inevitable in the telecom operators . Is critical to building a high- availability , disaster recovery ability disaster recovery system for all the hope in today's rapidly changing economic environment invincible and the success of the telecom operators . For the subject , the article discusses a disaster recovery and business continuity , disaster recovery system of classification , characteristics , and design disaster recovery system must take into account the factors and measure the performance of the disaster recovery system . Finally, a low-cost , high flexibility , high availability solutions in information systems , to improve the high availability and data disaster recovery capabilities of the information systems of the telecom operators .
