Abstract


Some of the intelligence office systems has been widely used in some large enterprises in our country. At the same time, the web conferencing and mobile office also impact on the traditional model strongly. The traditional paper-based office and meetings convened by the speaking model is bound to be a new smart media replacing. People do not have to be limited to conduct meetings in a conference room and discussed thousands of miles away can also carry out the same as face to face meeting. This topic is carried out in accordance with the above requirements. This is an effort for the subject to achieve a smart office and the mobile network meetings. In order to achieve mobile network meetings, the subject applies to the operating model of two clients using a server, so that even if the customers away from their clients on a fixed computer system, the mobile terminal can also be a client system to control the meeting. The client system is that two either independent or united. The independence means of their separate development environment and runtime environment and the unity refers to the same functional modules and share database information model.Ⅰam engaged in this task in the client computer system development and implementation. The client system that realize working on the punch and mobile network meeting developed by VC++language. PHP+MySql+Apache by the structure of the development of independent personal calendar, personal calendar is based on B/S mode dynamic web page calendar that allows users to schedule time in the use of more timely and efficient, but also, in any environment can be viewed on any computer to your own schedule, highlighting the system’s intelligence and mobility.This paper also analyzes the various technologies used in this system. The PHP is a dynamic interactive site to create a powerful server-side scripting language that is widely used. PHP is a B/S (Browser/Server shorthand, that is, the browser/server) architecture, is three-tier structure. Server starts, the user can not use the appropriate client software, only use IE browser to visit, and with a graphical user interface, greatly reducing the application maintenance. Since the Web 2.0 concept was put forward, the internet application become more complex and some technologies used at the same time. The PHP technologies in use to involve interaction with the Web page, the operation MySql database, and Ajax interactions, etc., have carried out this in-depth introduction and analysis.
