Abstract


With the rapid development and wide application of information technology , e-government has become an inevitable trend of the development of government administration under conditions of informatization . Government information technology projects is an important part of the construction of e-government , and international e-government development process of roughly experienced four stages: infancy, government interaction with users one-way , two-way interaction between the Government and the user , and online transaction processing . China 's e-government overall is in a state of transition from the third stage to the fourth stage . Government information system after the completion of whether business people to accept and use , and is a measure of the government information technology projects critical to the success . According to expert analysis , the success rate of e-government is less than 30% .
