Abstract


The oilfield warning is a problem with many uncertainties . Of which there are many factors that there is no historical data , scientific computing can not be realized . Traditional early warning method has many limitations , resulting in the analysis and prediction of the results are not accurate . One of the hot spots of the current research in the field of artificial intelligence and database data mining techniques , can parse large amounts of data in the database , dig out the rich and objective and useful knowledge . Data mining technology used in the warning field , not only enriches the theories and methods to predict oilfield warning and reasonable oil resources planning and sustainable development and utilization of the scientific basis for decision making and technical support . Variation of trying to find historical production data in order to maintain normal production of oil field production , the subject , to find the alarm generation mode , these modes used in early warning , and effective guidance petroleum production . Based on early warning theory , data mining technology in artificial neural network theory , the theory of oil and gas development , and integrated oilfield production of the actual situation of this study and the application of the framework . Second , by summing up the various researches , again based on expert opinion , several rounds of repeated consideration the oilfield development indicators and oilfield historical production data , choose the 10 main factors closely associated with crude oil production , as the production of early warning indicators . Finally, according to the combined oilfield actual situation , the production of early warning indicators system . Early warning model based on BP artificial neural network analysis based on data mining technology, several modern traditional early-warning model established by BP artificial neural network early-warning model learning , draw on historical production data and their police interval training the potential changes in the law , and therefore understand the future production trends . According to the results of model calculations of oil well production warning indicators change from the warning signs analyzes come to affect oil production warning mode , while these patterns to the development of a dynamic early warning system warning results more accurate , timely warning for oil production provide guidance .
