Abstract


Accounting is an important part of the basic bank management and whether the accounting work is careful or not is an important factor of the development of the bank, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:The bank industry is one of high-risk industries because all posts dealing with money are risky positions in the bank and accounting is the import and export of bank funds, so the accounting bears the brunt. At the same time, accounting for risk management and control should not be limited to the accounting department but focus on the management because risk control through accounting can well be revealed.Accounting staff is a large group of the bank, and accounting personnel in the "window" show the bank’s image and quality of staff in the process of serving customers. Therefore, accounting is the basis of the bank and the cornerstone of healthy development of the business, so we need to improve the level of basic management of accounting through the information construction to adapt to the rapid development of the bank’s business level.This basic management information system of bank accounting can record the inspection process, accounting exam training, data collection of related business systems, and carry out processing, analysis, summary for this. The system in detail records the assessment data and exams the institutions regularly, identifying the irregularities to reflect, revealing the quality of work, providing the improvement of accounting with decision basis.The system is built in the Linux operating system, with the aid of oracle database and WebLogic application server and using B/S architecture, which helps to achieve assembly line division of work, simplify the complexity of management and reduce the workload of software development, reflecting the good design of object-oriented programming. The system is divided into five subsystems, including system management:maintaining a series of static tables and standard data, maintaining test item bank and question bank and forming the basis of accounting inspection and examination system; accounting operation inspection:recording and analyzing the situation of accounting inspection; exam training:regularly releasing training information and generating the required exam questions automatically, recording exam results, providing the basis of the accounting evaluation, and helping accounting personnel do self-learning at the same time. It is divided into two parts, which are terminals and WEB. Business forum:business forum can realize business communication and lower banks can reflect the problems and consultations to branch and provincial bank, which is conducive to the improvement of basic management accounting. Query analysis:collecting and analyzing data from the relevant business system to generate query reports and charts.Through this system, we achieve informationization and intensification of the basic accounting information management, make the basic accounting management "deep, detailed, real" and enhance the level of basic accounting management.
