Abstract


With the development of the Internet , the traditional way of payment has been unable to meet the people's needs , people gradually change the traditional concept of pay , a growing number of online payment like Paypal , Shanghai paid through are also designed based virtual account each user can be bound to one or more virtual account , like a virtual account transfer through online banking , for subsequent payment , payment directly use online banking to pay Alipay is committed to provide e-commerce in China \simple , safe, fast online payment solutions ; Shanghai, will also be paid through the payment of public utilities for the entire Shanghai -stop service . As a result, the e-commerce company decided to build a public utility payment platform to meet the needs of the general public . Platform system design fully take into account the simplicity and safety of the operation of the public in the design process to achieve a user to bind a virtual account , a user is bound to a cell phone number ; login password and payment password , search the password set ; pages with appropriate action passed between post way ; in the payment is required to confirm the payment amount and verify payment password . This paper compares the B / S, C / S architecture , and JAVA technology , the latest development , decided to use the B / S architecture and Java SSH framework to achieve . Determine the system framework , further analysis of the overall design of the system and the detailed design of the recharge fees to achieve specific operational procedures , and the use of the design of the virtual account . Platform system with the distributed mining MVC design , combined with middleware and database and operating system , efficient JAVA language , the full integration of the Internet with 3G broadband network applications , payment system with the public utilities management platform docking system has ease of maintenance , scalability , and security features.
