Abstract


Court information technology is a computer network hardware and software platform for the center, a modern communications network as the carrier, and full use of modern scientific and technological means to realize the people's court information acquisition, production, transfer, release, storage, use of the means of modern court system the sharing of information resources, improve efficiency, and ensure justice. The implementation of the Court of information technology for the construction of China's socialist legal system to provide justice information services. Construction of a unified information system of the people's court trial for the information content of the construction of the center of the People's Court. Specifically include two aspects: First, speaking from the working level, the information system of the People's Court should be based on trial information management system as the center, including the work of the People's Court information management system, this is the work of the People's Court automation and intelligence, standardization and scientific technology platform. Second, from a technical perspective, the information system of the People's Court should be included in computer network, based on the application of technology to modern communications technology, which includes the application and management of computer database systems, communications technology and management systems, short-range and remote video and audio applications and management systems, etc., which can provide strong technical and equipment support for the People's Court trial activities. This article is trying the latest information technology (SOA) application to the court information system, the new direction of development for the Court of web-based information design exploration. In this article, the first to build a reference model for a transplant process. The process model is mainly composed of the following four steps: First, extract the presentation layer logic; then extract SOA services; followed by the arrangement of SOA services to create a service Facade; Finally, the reconstruction of the RIA client. Are explained in each step of the process, the strategies and methods of transplantation. The second concerns for the different transplantation modules specific transplantation strategy program: mainly elaborated on the client and server-side service orchestration; transfer synchronous service calls into asynchronous service invocation; B / S server in Session transferred to the the RIA client; methods and strategies of the local file system support for RIA client.
