Abstract


The independent recruitment for professional college is a state-authorized new mechanism of student recruitment, examination and enrollment. It involves a series of activities such as the recruitment information release , on-line registration , personal information collection and management,entry fee supervision,interview or examination arrangement,inquire of the admission notice,submission of the admission data, etc.. The traditional stereotype can no longer fit in with the trend of higher education. On the one hand, the independent recruitment faces with many new problems such as how to use the information technology to improve working efficiency, management and information service. On the other hand,the development of the informatization paves a better way for the accomplishment of the independent recruitment system. The system designers and developers all realize the great significance of the system in many respects, more convenient service for instance.The thesis first introduces the background, current situation and significance of this topic, discusses the practical value and the model and platform of the software development. It does demand analysis based on software research, getting what the school independent recruitment needs. Then based on the need, the thesis gives the design plan of system data and database for independent recruitment system. At last it introduces the realization and practice of the system.Finally, the thesis realizes the design of independent recruitment system based on JSP as development language and Oracle as database,finishing the whole system development. Through practice,this system is proved to be theoretically and practically meaningful, gaining the reputation from students,recruitment staff and superior leader.
