Abstract


Nowdays,With the social development, tourism has gradually become the world’s largest industry.In the 21st century,with the improvement of people’s living standards ,tourism becomes an integral part of people’s lives and increasing attention has been paid to it. Therefore, how to rely on the rich tourism resources information to build a tourist and cultural city ,to ensure the important position of tourism industry in economic constructionis , to display an all-round outlook of Fuzhou to the world is a worth of serious research.This thesis elaborates the key technologies of constuction and development of Fuzhou Tourism Geographic Information System,the system is in the Internet environment and based on WebGIS,it uses ArcMap as a development platform and publishs map services.it also uses Adobe’s FMS (Flex Media Server) to publish multimedia services and uses SQL Server 2008 data management attributes. It uses Adobe’s Flex Builer4 as the front stage development tool and Micorsoft Visual Studio 2008 as the back stage development tool .Using ESRI ArcGIS for Flex2.1, Fuzhou Tourism Geographic Information System can be established.This thesis consists of the following aspects: discussed Domestic and international research situation of tourism information system; Analyzed the status of information travel in Fuzhou;Discussed the way to organize and manage data in tourism geographic information system ;Designed Fuzhou Tourism GIS spatial database, attribute database and multimedia database, moreover,collected and entered part of the data ;Analyzed the needs of the system from tourists and tourism managers’ perspective; Determined the overall architecture of the system and concretely designed the related functions of front display and background management;All sidedly analyzed the related WebGIS technology,RIA technology,WebService technology, and database technology and a integration of these technologies is given at the same time; Ultimately complete functions of Fuzhou Tourism Geographic Information System were achieved,including the basic necessities,all-round way to query multiple services,systems background maintenance and traveler supporting decision. Through a lot of technology integration, the design and achievement of the system has played a certain role in Fuzhou Tourism and local economic development .
