Abstract


At present, the insulation coating which widely used for electrical equipment can bedivided into several types, such as polyimide、organic silicon and inorganic insulation coatingand so on. With the development of modern society, people pay more attention to the problemof energy and environment. On the premise of “energy saving and emission reduction” and“low carbon economy”, the insulation coating with economy, efficiency, ecology and energymore meet the environmental requirements, such as water based, high solid content,solventless and inorganic. The inorganic coating has been paid more and more attention bypeople,because its advantages of environmental protection, low cost, low carbon, hightemperature resistant. The research and development of waterborne inorganic insulationcoating is focused on.In this paper, the deionized water was used as solvent, then some additives, pigments andfillers were added into and stirred at a certain speed by high speed dissolver,finally a certainamount of silica sol (30wt%) was added and stirred for some minutes at a low speed to obtainpackage A. The paints were obtained by stirring the mixture of package A and B in certainacidity, and then were coated onto a treated aluminum alloy by a spray coating technique byusing an airbrush setup, based on a discussion of some factors, it could find the properformulation: the dosage of thickener was controlled at0.18%; the dosage of NP-95wascontrolled at0.16%; the dosage of acetic acid was controlled at0.4%-0.5%, After the paintwas obtained, the storage temperature was controlled at20℃, and aging time was6h-42h.The coating was prepared by artificial spraying, and the physicochemical propertiesanalysis showed that the coating had a good physicochemical properties when the curingtemperature at80℃. The hardness of coating film was more than6h, the adhesion was level2,meanwhile it had good impact resistance,acid and alkali resistance and so on. The electricalstrength of the coating was reached48MV/m at normal temperature,it had excellentinsulating properties,and under the voltage of250V,the coating film was breakdown up to600℃,which suggested that it had good high temperature resistance.
