Abstract


This article after introduction research background, goal, content and structure,elaborated the inspection, the drive, the drive pattern emphatically and so on and thedrive pattern design related theory. Through realized by oneself that, as well as to thecentral each kind of personnel’s understanding and the analysis, had found the centralexisting drive pattern existence question, and is the rear service unit according to thecenter the characteristic, determined by the administrative offices, the unit, theinstitution personnel, the operator, Leader Ban, the talented person and so on theoutstanding staff takes the drive pattern design the object.Through this article research and the discussion, had the staff enthusiasm not highfor the center because of the drive pattern, the creativity is insufficient, introduces thetalented person difficultly, to detain the talented person difficultly and so on thequestions to provide the practical and feasible solution, also was good for the realizationcenter develops quickly had found the outlet.
