Abstract


"The Elementary education Curriculum reform Summary (Implementation)" explicitly express that must enhance school teachers’ information Literacy, specially pay attention to the education idea innovation under the informationization condition, Informationization educational model innovation, Informationization teaching process novel design and appraisal, Informationization resources and tool’s effective use,Student’s informationization learning capability fosters, Teacher’s informationization teaching faculty development and so on, these are closely linked with the teacher own network study behavior.The interest is best teacher, the teacher needs to take the network study one custom, must first have the understanding to the informationization teaching, must take the teacher own information accomplishment the enhancement, also has the informationization environmental construction, the resources construction, the troop construction and so on to take the exterior power to have takes seriously.Under the environment the network study reappears newly, study based on the study dynamic system brought to the general middle school teacher’s attention gradually, at present domestic and foreign regarding the network study behavior’s research is not many, moreover these research mostly aim at the university student, the research to teachers is very few, say nothing of middle school teachers. In the related research to network study behavior, some are to the platform construction pattern research, some are to the network curriculum teaching design, some are to the automatic monitoring system’s design, some are to the network study behavior data mining pattern layout, some are to network study behavior influencing factor research and so on. Considering the learner own cognitive structure and the external environment to the network study behavior influence, this article analysis middle school teacher’s network study behavior from study dynamic system angle, carries on the analysis through the questionnaire survey research technique to the middle school teacher’s network study behavior present situation and the demand, then proposed the corresponding development strategy to improve existing question, provides the essential support for its school’s education. The education educational reform in the condition of study the dynamic system is completely take the market demand as the guidance, conforms to Chinese long-term educate the development goal. This article divides into five parts:The first part is mainly to elaborates the present paper research background as well as the domestic and foreign research present situation, explain that the present paper’s research significance, the content , the research mentality and the method.The second part is to introduce rationale and related concept summary, in the summary foundation of studies the dynamic system, the network study behavior and so on related concept, proposed the study dynamic system’s application value in network study behavior research. This part is the present paper basic theory elaboration part, synthesized the domestic and foreign research results.The third part is to investigate middle school teacher’s network study behavior, involves to the questionnaire design, the investigation object basic situation, the survey result analysis, and makes resonsideration and question analysis after mass data statistics.The fourth part is to propose middle school teacher network study behavior development strategy under study dynamic system angle, includes interview analysis and that proposes the corresponding improvement strategy.The fifth part is the final summary, hoping to arouse the concern of academics and extensive discussion and contention.
