Abstract


Teacher-student relationship between teachers and students in the educational process for the completion of a common educational tasks arising from the relationship between exchanges. Its school education classroom climate, organization and effectiveness of teaching activities, mental health and academic performance of students and others have a direct impact. Emphasis on the traditional philosophy of education in the traditional theory of education by the dualism of thinking to education based on the plasticity of the object, the object of education when the crops, the relationship between education evolution of the relationship between persons and things. A long time since the formation of respect for teachers importance of the fixed mode of thinking and the authority of the teacher as the main type of teacher-student relationship seriously inhibit the student’s individuality and creativity.Curriculum reform, teacher-student interaction is emphasized that the process of teaching, positive interaction and common development process. Teachers and students to change the original order and obedience of the relationship between the formation of a new democracy, equality of teacher-student relationship. Look at the new division under the Curriculum student relationship, "Inter-subjectivity" provides us a new perspective. This paper is integrated the philosophy of dialogue, deconstruction idea, theory of communication theory and other related tools and use the literature study and action research from the perspective of inter-subjectivity in the process of analyzing the subject in order to analyze the relationship between the teachers and students in the school education. It has also proposed the construction meaning and way based on the main teacher-student relationship to highlight the relationship between teachers and the principal value and create the concept of teacher-student relations and teacher-student new vision. The purpose is to ultimately construct a modern new relationship between teachers and students with full communication and understanding, equality and respect, care and encouragement, trust and appreciation, cooperation and win-win and make sure the mutual respect of the value for people.
