copper-Lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore composition is extremely complex, the content ofvaluable constituents have wide fluctuation range and various constitutions, and the diseminatedparticle size changes greatly. Studies processing on this kind of non-ferrous metal ore are important.The paper by applying technological mineralogy and modern mineral processing theory andtechnology, systematic and elaborated experimental investigation was carried out, presents effectiveways and reagent system to enhance comprehensive recovery according to the fact of rich associatedresources at Anhui Zhending Mine.In this paper, the influence of each factor on the processing to ore beneficiation was investgated.Summarize the results of all the contition tests, the condition experiment on the efficiency coppercollector LP-01and foaming agent LQ-01were carried out during the closed circuit test of the orderof priority flotation copper-lead-zinc and flotation lead with highly alkaline. Using this closed circuit,the gold and sliver can be comprehensively recovered on the basis of fully recover the mainlymineral such as copper, lead, zinc, sulphur, etc.The final results of the order of priority flotation copper-lead-zinc and flotation lead with highlyalkaline operation were as follows: the copper concentrate contain22.77%Cu,8.80%Pb,2.51%Znand the copper recovery was47.79%. the lead concentrate contain4.40%Cu,47.12%Pb,5.13%Znand the lead recovery was59.56%. the zinc concentrate contain0.77%Cu,0.44%Pb,57.41%Znand the zinc recovery was94.94%. The sulphur concentrate conain34.52%S, the sliver wereassociate recovered with copper and lead, the grade were9313.13g/t and3788.77g/t, the recoverywere47.54%and25.82%, respectively. The gold mainly enriched in sulphur concentrate, the gradeand recovery of gold were13.01g/t and89.45%, respectively.
