The rapid development of communications, electronics and other industries, greatly promoted the development of the elastic conductive alloy. Is currently on the market, the main applications of elastic copper alloy which accounted for nearly all copper-based elastic alloys market share are:Beryllium bronze, Tin phosphor bronze, Zinc and copper-nickel alloy and others. However, they were subject to a variety of factors which restricted the further development of these materials.Such as environmental protection, material characteristics or processing techniques and so on. Therefore, the development can replace high-performance copper alloy of the above materials and friendly with nature are more and more attention and sought after, which is the development trend of high-performance copper alloys.Cu-Ni-Mn alloy is a new high-performance elastic alloys, who is a potential new copper-based elastic alloys, have good plastic processing and mechanical properties. This issue through the Cu-Ni-Mn alloy composition design and trace elements (Ti or Co) Add to Cu-15Ni-10Mn Alloy, explore the impact of trace elements (Ti or Co). In the smelting process, the alloy is easily oxidized, absorption of gas characteristics,.In order to improve ingot quality, added to the smelting process of Zn,when high-nickel-copper-nickel alloy melting and casting in atmospheric conditions.Explored the impact of heat treatment of cast Cu-15Ni-10Mn alloy. Cu-15Ni-10Mn alloy processing technology and performance are studied by hot-rolled and cold rolled in order to get the alloy can meet the processing technology of the industrial production and practical use. The topics also studied the influence of casting conditions on the performance of the cast structure of the Cu-15Ni-15Mn alloy. Experimental results show that:(1) Cu-15Ni-10Mn alloy melt easily aspirated under atmospheric conditions, resulting in the solidified ingot exist within a large number of pores, add the appropriate amount of Zn in the smelting process to play a very good degassing, access to qualified the ingot. From the ingot edge to the center, the dendrite trunk size is gradually increasing. Add trace elements Co or Ti, Cu-15Ni-10Mn alloy play a significant role in refinement of the dendrite.Co addition in the range of0.2%-0.6%, the degree of refinement with the added increases, the maximum degree of refinement, once dendrites size only does not add32%.(2) Cu-15Ni-10Mn alloy cast structure with typical characteristics of dendritic segregation. Before thermal processing is needed homogenization annealing treatment, and after850℃×24h homogenization annealing,Cu-15Ni-10Mn ingots can be hot-rolled. Add small amount of Co is also good to homogenization treatment of the Cu-15Ni-10Mn alloy.(3) Cu-15Ni-10Mn cast alloy after solution heat treatment of700℃×2h and450℃×24h aging treatment, the hardness of the alloy can reach345HV. Compared to the cast has not been any treatment of the alloy hardness105HV improved more than2times. (4) Cu-15Ni-10Mn alloy Cu-15Ni-10Mn alloy strip tensile strength up to1085MPa, elongation rate of1.24%after annealing at850℃×24h homogenization,750℃×2h solution heat treatment after hot rolling, the total processing rate of70%cold-rolled,400℃×48h aging treatment.(5) Cooling conditions for a more visible impact on structure of Cu-15Ni-15Mn cast alloy. Among them, the iron mold casting and secondary cooling immediately get cast dendrite is the most fine, the size of the once dendrites can be refined to less than10μm, only1/4of the graphite mold casting condition which dendrites size is36.96pμm and hardness increase of nearly20%.Can infer that the actual industrial production of Cu-15Ni-15Mn alloy suitable for horizontal continuous casting method.
