Abstract


To reduce production costs, and make full use of equipments, enhance market competitiveness, Handan Iron&Steel Co., Ltd. develop a new hot strip SPHD.The research of this article is based on the hot strip SPHD, which product by CSP of Handan Iron&Steel Co., Ltd., the contents contain tests and theoretical studies of process and organizational performance relationship in steel controlled rolling and cooling, the aim is to optimize the CSP line production the SPHD controlled rolling and cooling technology to improve the performance of the steel.. Combination of the conditions of the last three times of finial rolling,do Gleeble-1500the dual-channel compression test, obtaining the static recrystallization between rolling pass, grain growth model, ferrite grain size model after rolling and finished hardness model by curvilinear regression. Through the temperature on measurement points and the distance between the mills, using finite difference method to establish the mold of the temperature changing with times on CSP. Through setting up the five models, useVisual C#software to simulate the rolling process of the CSP production line. Modifying the different parameters can predict the percentage of static recrystallization, grain size and hardness of finished steel plate, temperature for each pass rolling. The results of simulation indicated that changing of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process can be very good to optimize the hot rolling process and get a better performance of the product.
