The plate gauge accuracy is one of most important index that factory and market are very concerned with, so it very important to study on gauge calculation in process of plate rolling. Based on the project on hydraulic AGC system exploitation of2800mm plate mill of Jiangyin changda steel CO.LTD, analyze the spring model and roll force model that are closely related to gauge calculation, and research the roll schedule setup and adjustment. The detail contents of this study are as follows:(1)Combine to the practical produce condition of Jiangyin changda plate factory, introduce the general situation of the plate mill computer control system, and analyze the control logic of process computer model calculation;(2)Analyze the method of plate roll schedule distribution. Combine to practical produce condition of this factory, optimal select the plate roll strategy. Towards to every roll phases use corresponding method of roll schedule distribution, this can conform to the roll require of this factory, and also can proceed the real-time computer control, ensure the accuracy of finally product;(3)Analyze the main factors that impact on force model and spring model, according to theory and regression analysis, select the calculation model that fit to this factory, and use this model and coefficient to roll schedule setup;(4)To increase calculation accuracy the models, analyze spring model zero drift and deformation resistance temperature function impact item influence on roll force adaptation, use corresponding method to eliminate the deviation. According to the practical produce condition of this factory, divide the impact factors of model parameter to several layers.The study mentioned above have been applied practice and acquired higher productivity and better qualities than before, and improve the precision of rolling process control and the automation level.
