Abstract


In today's world, science and technology has become a decisive force for economic and social development , and the ability of independent innovation is the core of the national competitiveness . National enterprises as the main body of scientific and technological innovation , because the country has seen the requirements of enterprise development is the driving force of technological innovation . The view from the development of the telecom operators in China , 20 years of rapid development , is inseparable from innovation support , especially in terms of strengthening the scientific and technological innovation , the more urgent need to enhance the technological innovation capability and innovation through its R \u0026 D institutions . This thesis, based on domestic and foreign -related research , analyzes from the corporate culture and the culture of innovation theory , parsing the meaning of a culture of innovation , characteristics , significance and construction methods .
