Abstract


Company H is currently the chlorine dioxide generator industry's largest manufacturers, after ten years of rapid development, its chlorine dioxide generator in the low-end market share in the country. With the implementation of relevant national policies, the high-end market demand is increasing rapidly, foreign companies seek to enter. Select the appropriate competitive strategy, while continuing to maintain the low-end market advantage based on removing technical barriers to enter the high-end market, has become the company's top priority. Opportunities facing the company is mainly manifested in: the relevant national policies for the products provide a broad market demand, the rapid development of the domestic economy for the product to provide a solid economic foundation, health, environmental protection, self-control to expand awareness of the value of the product space, based technology laid the foundation for the product improvement; threat mainly in: the low-end market, manufacturers increased foreign companies seek to enter the high-end market, the buyer bargaining power, the main competitor's strength. Advantage mainly in: a good financial indicators, has a good brand reputation and strong sales and marketing resource capabilities, with Shandong University, cultural background and strong personnel, with small and medium sized device core technology advantages. Disadvantages mainly: the core technology there is a big gap with foreign enterprises, research and development capabilities needed to improve human resources management deficiencies, excessive emphasis on corporate culture sales. Value chain analysis concluded that the end product is technically a huge gap with foreign products has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises bigger. Solving technical problems require significant investment in research, not suitable for low-cost strategy; different areas of the market share in the small gap, appropriate to adopt strategic focus; broad prospects and high-end market is technically a huge gap with foreign companies must adopt the decision of the H Company differentiation strategy to solve the problem. In order to ensure effective implementation of the strategy, in optimizing the organizational structure, has taken additional R \u0026 D institutions, additional human resources, integration of existing functions and other measures; in strengthening the building of enterprise culture, take a foster innovative corporate culture measures; in optimization of human resources management, has taken to develop human resource development planning, improving employment mechanism, the introduction of innovative talents, build competency-based training system, the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism and other measures; also taken measures to strengthen innovation capacity building and strengthening the marketing capabilities, strengthen financial management, strengthen brand building and establishing control systems security strategy implementation specific implementation measures.
