Abstract


With China's economy growing take-off , the national product is growing demand for electric energy , brought rapid development of a series of large - scale power engineering construction . Power engineering construction projects obviously huge capital-intensive investment , development and construction of a long cycle , and the construction of many participants , the impact of the construction of the complex uncertainties , which determines the power during construction of a huge potential risk . How to deal with the uncertainties in the construction process , to minimize the risk of the project , to enable enterprises to get the most profit , which has become the main problem faced by the Electric Power Construction Enterprises . In this context , we pull officer 750KV transmission line project , for example , to study the issues of risk management in the analysis of power transmission construction projects . This article in accordance with the risk management process , risk identification - Risk Assessment - Risk Strategies \On the basis of the analysis summarized the research literature , this paper first elaborated the theory of the project and project risk management , and integrated project worked out the characteristics of the project risk management process to identify the risk factors of the project . On this basis , the risk indicators using analytic hierarchy process empowerment, and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the overall risk profile of the project , not only the risk factors are sorted according to the strength of the degree , and in accordance with the results of the evaluation of the project the risks stealth proposed preventive measures in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project . The dissertation rich transmission project risk management theory , positive guidance and reference for the smooth construction of other similar construction projects .
