Abstract


With the accelerated process of urbanization in China and a large number of rural surplus labor transfer, the household contract responsibility system advantage is no longer obvious. Part-time farmers have not been so carefully cultivated land, or even abandoned, therefore, to promote the transfer of the right to land contractual management, appropriate scale of operation in agriculture will be a top priority. The right to land contractual management stake in farmer cooperatives, land transfer as a new way of contribution and cooperatives that can solve difficult land transfer and farmer cooperatives development. Moreover, the \However, the right to land contractual management stake farmer cooperatives is still in the pilot phase, in practice, there are still some problems. Ensure a healthy development to solve these problems is a top priority. Therefore, to explore the right to land contractual management stake in the implementation of farmer cooperatives in question, the subjective views of farmers has important practical value. This reference to the factors affecting farmers land transfer, land stock cooperative system and farmers who conduct theoretical research results, through the farmers Baoji one survey, each variable in the analysis of the correlation with the wishes of shares, based on the application of factor analysis, cognitive factors extracted, headed factors, family-run factors, protection factors, farmers individual characteristics factor five common factors, and focus on analysis of the shares and the shares prices willingness correlation; then quantified by constructing two yuan Logistic Model Research farmers right to land contractual management rights shares and influence factors willingness to explore ways in Baoji such shares that may be encountered during implementation problems, and put forward relevant proposals. The main conclusions are the following aspects: (1) the level of economic development of Baoji City continues to improve, surplus labor transfer to the secondary and tertiary industries faster, mostly from sources of income of farmers and industry revenue, overall, farmers with land shares the aspirations of farmer cooperatives. (2) farmers to land contractual management stake farmer cooperatives quantitative study showed: cognitive factors, family-run factors, headed factors, security factors, price factors and farmers to land contractual management stake willingness professional cooperatives positively correlated and the effect is remarkable. Factors and individual characteristics of respondents contracted land management rights shares the wishes of farmers' professional cooperatives positively correlated, but the impact is not significant. For the price issue shares that Baoji plains to 560 yuan per mu of land is appropriate, to 400 yuan per mu of mountain land is appropriate. (3) Through the above analysis, we believe that the implementation of the right to land contractual management stake in the process of farmer cooperatives should fully respect the wishes of farmers in the subjective, adhere to the \level of understanding; and improve land contract management rights shares of the relevant system; more important is to increase investment in human capital in rural areas.
