Abstract


Nowadays, pipeline transportation has already become an important method for transportation of mine and steel that is raw materials in industry. While the core implementing agencies in pipeline transport is high-pressure reciprocating piston diaphragm that emphasizes on monitoring maintenance. By using acoustic emission techniques to collect one-way valve emission signals throughout the whole process, and analyses the data on Industrial Personal Computer to achieve accurate judgment and changes components timely. The key aim of this paper is judgment and fault analysis for acoustic emission signals in diaphragm pump through hardware collection.The acoustic emission signal was analyzed with a principal component analysis method based on wavelet packet energy spectrum. The normal condition and fault condition were established model in this paper. Concrete works.are listed below:(1) The acoustic emission collective detecting system used in this paper allows data run parallel to each other and transport in high speed simultaneously. The signal collective unit includes data reception/transmission module, analog signal collective module, core control module etc. Module design for core control which is the most important contains gain control for audio signal amplification, external number/mode conversion chip and data caching chip’s clock control. This design bases on accurate, high-speed, targeted principle, realizes the accurate collection for one-way valve operating data.(2) In this paper, collected signal is analyzed and fault diagnosis using different methods to test and verify real-time one-way valve’s operational signal which collected by acoustic emission signal acquisition system. Using in-time analysis, in-frequency analysis, together with the PCA series analysis based on wavelet pocket anaysis。In practical applications different fault signal analysis methods could be chose by engineers and technicians..depends on actual situation. (3) The paper combines various different methods to analyze and do fault recognition for real-time signal. With the principle of accurate and effective, the experiment proved the advantages of KPCA’s analyzing method based on wavelet pocket anaysis in real signal analyzing. And it designs one-way valve’s acoustic emission signal fault analysis system which is convenience in real-time detection and monitoring in the condition of high-pressure reciprocating piston diaphragm.This paper realizes monitoring system for data collections to one-way valve acoustic emission in diaphragm pump; Using different analyzing methods to do simulation study for fault signals. Through the real-time test of operational signal of one-way valve in Da Hongshan Pipeline Company’s NO.5pump station diaphragm pump, it proves that high-pressure piston diaphragm’s acoustic emission signal collecting system and acoustic emission signal analyzing system perform excellently. This paper achieves real collection, analysis and recognition of diaphragm pump’s one-way valve acoustic emission signal. With the conclusion of whole work, an expectation of diaphragm pump’s fault recognition and application is put forward.
