Abstract


This article is based on Marx historical materialism, grasping the Marxist world outlook and methodology of Marxian labor theory of value in a high degree of integrity and development from the Marxist theory of political economy. Adhering to the Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism, and based on the greatest reality in china in the primary stage of socialism, it use the inner core of materialistic conception of history that productive forces decided to relation of production and reaction in the productivity of production relations to demonstrate the distribution according to production factors is the significance of Marxian labor theory of value realization of world outlook and it has been become a reality in the historical inevitability of China.Marxian labor theory of value is the theoretical premise of the distribution according to production factors and it provides theoretical possibility and legitimacy for distribution according to production factors. Development of social productive forces is the most fundamental reason for the realization of distribution according to production factors and suited to the development of social productive forces of diversified ownership is the direct reason for it. The capitalization of factors of production is the essence of Socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, and Socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics inner necessity require the factors of production of distribution according to contribution. Ownership of factors of production is the direct cause of the distribution according to production factors, and distribution of factors of production according to the contribution is the realization of the economic of the ownership of production factors.The fair at this stage reality of differential fair which is recognized in the social practice, and the reality of differential fair at this stage is the essential requirement of fairness. Distribution system according to factors of production upholding the reality of principle of fairness also would have a de facto recognition of the legitimacy of the income gap. Even though the purposes of distribution according to factors of production will increase the income gap expansion, we should advocate the superiority of distribution system according to factors of production. We should not only adhere to uniform the distribution according to work and according to distribution of production factors, but also do a series of comprehensive reforms in the play to promote its advantages. In the practice of Distribution in accordance with factors of production, we should improve the national macro-control system and control mechanism of controlling income gap to reduce the space of non-legality of the income gap, to enable the Government to better conduct macro-control on the redistribution of income, reversing the trend of income distribution gap enlarged to facilitate the building of a harmonious socialist society.
