Abstract


Human wanted to construct a progressing and perfect society by the rationality originally,but eventually they found the rationality is limited.People always consider agents of the development of capitalist society from economic factors,but they rarely find the reasons of the spirit of capitalism from religion and ethics. Webber said it must be driven with a spiritual force behind the activities of any historical transformation.In particular,causes of capitalism is not the shameless greed motivated speculation,but the protestant ethic produced from the religious reformation namely the entrepreneurial spirit and dedication rooted in the religious piety and asceticismHabermas is the representative figure of after the Frankfurt school who is in affirming its moral function,at the same time,it must be made in capitalist legal condition in which its has practical significance,and institutionalized results:moral is national dominant force,nationalism as the strengthening integrity power play great role in it,but intentionality explanation often produce disaster consequence.Economics itself doesn’t guarantee of necessity of the development and economic development is not the final purpose,and it must be closely to combine with equality status of political has legitimacy.Anyhow, policymakers have to choose the dilemma of creation, and the use of negation of rationality to make a breakthrough, achieve a more reasonable balance is the aim of this paper.
