Abstract


With the rapid development of global economic integration , and the constant adjustment of industrial structure and improved efficiency in the logistics industry in the proportion of the national economy has been growing. Although the logistics industry is emerging as a modern service industry, but rapid economic development in the urban situation, the construction of urban logistics system is also more and more attention to local governments and enterprises, many cities have the logistics industry as the city pillar industries. The development of logistics industry development has been complementary and the national economy, especially in the premise of global economic integration, more and asked the city to be equipped with a sound logistics system. In the countries for revitalizing the northeast old industrial base of Dalian and the construction will be an important international logistics center of Northeast Asia policy, the development of Dalian’s logistics industry ushered in a new round of opportunities and challenges. This article discusses the logistics system in Dalian status and advantages, as well as in the development of a series of problems existing in the process, and for this series of questions gives some feasible policy recommendations.This paper introduces the theory of the development of logistics industry, as well as domestic and international logistics system status and development momentum. Then the theory of logistics system is now under the guidance of the use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, economics and management in the region on the basis of the theory of logistics system in Dalian status and advantages, and the existence of the substantive issues.Based on these studies, by using factor analysis, comparing the six coastal cities in Liaoning Province: Dalian, Yingkou, Jinzhou, Panjin, Dandong, Huludao of urban economic development impact on the logistics industry, proved that the construction of urban logistics system relying on the economic base. In this study highlights the logistics system in Dalian city’s geographical and economic advantages, proved that the logistics system in Dalian and its economic development is complementary and mutually reinforcing.Finally, the logistics system in Dalian series of problems that exist in the corresponding reference measures and policy recommendations to achieve the logistics industry and the natural, economic, social, and sustainable human development objectives of coordination.
