The new curriculum reform has been implemented for four years in Jilin province. Teachers generally indicate that they have some difficulties in teaching elective module. This paper, uses the Material structure and Property module as the carrier, designs questionnaire of high school chemistry teacher to discipline the subject knowledge to investigate the high school chemistry teachers of Changchun city and surrounding areas, expounds the present situation of teachers’knowledge and usage on the subject knowledge objectively according to the feedback,and gives corresponding suggestions based on influence factors.This paper includes six chapters as follows. The first chapter is introduction, primarily presents research background、issues、goals、significance, overall ideas and methods about this thesis.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of papers, presents the detailed research actuality home and abroad, on the connotation of subject knowledge and subject content knowledge structure of high school chemistry teachers, and choose the research module.The third chapter, through textual analysis and interviewing method, the author constructs a core knowledge structure of senior high school chemistry on subject content knowledge of Material structure and Property module.The fourth chapter, the author mainly introduces the compilation of questionnaire of high school chemistry teacher to discipline the subject knowledge, study objective and process the data.The fifth chapter is main part, the author uses statistical software, to collect the data of the questionnaire and statistically analyzed the data.The sixth chapter is the conclusion. Based on the questionnaire and analysis, the author objectively describes the knowledge acquisition situation of high school chemistry teachers to Material Structure and Property module, and gives reasonable proposal according to the influencing factors.As a whole, problems really exist for teachers in mastering subject content knowledge of the Material structure and Property module, which presents as follows: the whole level is somewhat low, individual difference is great, uncertain factors of influence is excessive.
