Abstract


With the improvement of people’s living standard, the requirement of bridge structure is not only practical, but also put forward the requirements of beauty. Since the self-anchored suspension Bridges obtained the rapid development in recent years, not only because he is as beautiful as traditional suspension bridge at the appearance, but also because of topography and geology conditions demand is not high. In order to ensure self-anchored suspension bridge construction safety and quality, research on the construction control is very necessary. Harbin canal FK2#3highway bridge is a double double span skew self-anchored suspension bridge, this paper, taking the bridge as the background, study construction control technology of self-anchored suspension bridge.First of all, on the anchor structure characteristics, the construction control of suspension of content and method of analysis is discussed, and the canal FK2#3road bridge construction control of the goal, the basis and content are analyzed in this paper.Secondly, on the analysis theory of anchor suspension bridge are studied, on the basis of the analysis theory to canal FK2#3highway bridge has carried on the Midas/civil method of single beam and girder method modeling analysis, through the mechanics characteristics of structure under the two kinds of model to determine the skew Angle affect the bridge structure characteristics.Through the adoption of Midas/civil finite element software, and the planar nonlinear analysis program is compiled to nonlinear analysis of the bridge, and check each other. To determine the bridge’s main cable and boom, the unstressed length of cable saddle offsets and bridge linear, and carries on the revision, determine the main cable strands and the boom of blanking length.Finally, using the planar nonlinear analysis program is compiled for the bridge construction stage simulation calculation, and determine the appropriate boom tension scheme, for drainage of FK2#3road bridge construction process control is analyzed, and the monitoring results are analyzed.
