Abstract

The rapid progress in the socio-economic and urban development today, extensive use of land resources, the stable development of the social produce a serious impact. Therefore, how to manage a the regulation good city land, the rational allocation of land resources, the sustainable use of the land, has become the focus of attention of governments, but also become the focus of attention of the academic community. Urban land intensive use evaluation research, came into being in this context, and intensive evaluation index system, has become the most fundamental part of the whole evaluation process, but also its core component. \involves a wide range of data, not just data, and data sources also extremely complex. With the progressive introduction of the development and evaluation around the city intensive evaluation, due to the traditional mode of data collection and processing can only achieve macro, meso evaluation of defects, causing it to gradually can not meet the macro, meso and microscopic three spatial scales requirements. Therefore, how to achieve the micro data collected, collection cases, global collection related to urban land intensive evaluation to achieve macro, meso and microscopic three spatial scales, especially in the Evaluation of Urban Land Intensive research work important. The main contents of the subject is based on existing cities and towns of the central city of Chengdu foundation database, as a study area in the central city of Chengdu, Global Research parcel of urban land intensive use of data collected by the domestic and international The species of the theoretical basis of the study, analysis and comparison of the evaluation in the evaluation of the data collection, analysis methods, in Chengdu, \The proposed three spatial scales evaluation data access model, the establishment of the Urban Land Intensive Use Evaluation underlying database, and allows users to achieve macro-, meso-, the microeconomic three spatial scales the yearly dynamic intensive use evaluation. The central city of Chengdu Urban Cadastral database data dynamically extract evaluation related to ground-based data is extracted from the cadastral database; density mapping method, a simple surface domain weighting method, the modified surface domain weighted method, Monte Carlo the Lofa spatial data discretization method used several methods of analysis, select Monte Carlo algorithm evaluation involves social statistics for based parcel global distribution, in combination with the actual situation analysis confirms the analysis on the foundation can support the evaluation of the true global distribution data. In this paper, the data collection approach proposed a \Supports macro, meso and microscopic three Chengdu spatial structure of urban land intensive use evaluation parcel-level underlying database.
