Abstract


Under the background of building a learning society,with the proposed concept of lifelong learning and the developed of personalized learning system throughout the network,learning and evaluation based on ability orientation has become a hot research field in current education. Lifelong learning based on ability orientation should be based on the social demand for talent and the actual demand of learners,promote personal qualities,lifelong learning and development of learners. Modern distance education based on Internet makes lifelong learning possible. It is important for the construction of life-long learning system.Most of the network lifelong learning is informal and triggered. It requires learners have strong self orientated ability. Meanwhile,it requires learning system identify learners’ learning characteristics and provided activities and resources to meet learners’ learning needs to help students learn effectively. Network recommender system based on ability is the primary task when learners start the model,but the existing learners model can’t meet the needs of lifelong learning. So we need to construct a learner model based on learner’s ability.The paper analyzed the characteristic of lifelong learning and the learner model in the existing recommendation system,then presents the learner model framework based on ability orientation for lifelong learning. On this basis,the paper research component modules and their relations of the model,and then puts forward a learner model of personalized recommendation system for lifelong learning to meet learners’needs of the ability development. At the last,we test and verify the CLLPRS learner model,construct a learner model based on the needs of lifelong ability development for personalized recommender system.The value of this research lies mainly in that it presents a learner model for personalized recommendation system based on ability orientation,and explore the constitute module of the model.
