Abstract


With the rapid development of economics, the number of automobiles needed is growing. The ensuing auto-care industry also faces enormous challenges, especially for the more and more highly demand for automotive paint.Traditionally, the automobile paining by artificial controlling doesn’t content with the demand for the rapid developing auto, the article studied about the infrared painting lamp with drying, because of its strong penetrating, particular technology from inside to outside and advanced control module with circuit intelligence, automotive painting has brought a new technological revolution.The lamp wavelength was studied,we can determined the wavelength by means of experimental data. Then designed the particular high temperature halogen lamp and developed the intelligent control system of the signal machine, made full use of painting effect.Baking lamp reaches the technical index:top coat drying time is not more than10minutes; primer drying time is not more than8minutes; polyester filler drying time is less than3minutes.
