Abstract


With the rapid development of national economy and the pace of modernization construction is accelerating day by day,the scale of construction projects expand ceaselessly,complicated degree continuously improves,technical difficulty increases ceaselessly,resulting in the construction project implementation process,the construction enterprises are facing gradually increased uncertainty factors,the resulting risks are also gradually increased. In the environment of market economy, the rights and obligations of the contracting are mainly determined by the construction contract signed by both parties. Therefore, how to effectively prevent and control the risk of construction contract is related to the survival and development of each enterprise.This paper stood in the perspective of construction enterprise, with reference to the currently used risk management theory and contract management method, analyzing and researching the risk management process of the construction contract for construction enterprise. The construction contract risk is divided into subjective contract risk and objectivity contract risk, pointed out that the contract risk management deficiencies of our country construction enterprises as well as how to strengthen and improve the work of contract management, putting forward the construction contract risk management process and making a detailed description of all aspects of the concept, steps and methods. Finally, combining with the engineering case, the paper proposes some practical and feasible solutions to solve a series of problems appearing in the project construction contract risk management.Hoping that through this thesis research,it can improve the importance of our country construction enterprise for construction contract risk management contract,and make efforts in construction contract risk management, constantly summing up experience, forming a set of method system that is suitable for the enterprise,at last it can provide help for the enterprise to carry out risk management in the future.
