Abstract


In the bidding process, the tender side is likely to tender documents content and scope of project modifications, with the gathering of bidding information, many important decisions are often made Until the deadline to submit the bid documents, the bidding information is uncertain; At the early stage of the bidding work, the contractor need a completed quote, As bidding information collecting gradually complete bidding quotation.With the project cost forecast the development and improvement of the theory and quotations decision theory, and computer gradually gained popularity in the engineering field, mature contractors need to develop a suitable offer decision support system, to embody decision support with accumulated date of historical engineering projects and scientific quotation decision theory.In this paper, relying on the historical engineering project information of an international supermarket chain, analyzed and summarized the domestic and overseas Cost prediction theory and Quotation decision model, selected and used the appropriate theory model according to the characteristics of supermarket chain decoration engineering, used computer language programming bidding decision system.
