Abstract


"5.12" earthquake caused severe damage to the primary and secondary school dormitory to many towns and villages in Sichuan. Reconstruction work in full swing, the first primary and secondary reconstruction project has been started, the construction of schools to improve school conditions in the affected region, re-adjustment and distribution of the original configuration of the urban and rural educational resources. A variety of opportunities and possibilities for architects to participate in practice.This article through the literature analysis method, field research, comparative an alysis, the comprehensive analysis and other methods, With "5.12earthquake" as the background, based on practical experience after the reconstruction,analysis of the rec onstruction of the disaster area primary and secondary school buildings background, d evelopment status and trends, the purpose and significance of clear research to define the subject scope of the study, to determine the construction of disaster prevention and reconstruction of primary and secondary damping architectural design strategy and us er-friendly design strategies the main research directions.Firstly, the current state of development of primary and secondary school construction in the disaster areas to start to analyze proposed primary and secondary school buildings in the lack of security and the level of the building, combined with post-disaster reconstruction of schools experience of other countries and regions, China, the system proposed the reconstruction of primary and secondary architectural design objectives and design principles. Then the field investigation, theoretical analysis, case summary, induction deduction and other research methods, respectively, from the reconstruction of primary and secondary school buildings respond to earthquakes and response times are given specific design countermeasures. In response to the earthquake, on the basis of the analysis of three pots school reconstruction projects in Qingchuan County, combined with the theory of primary and secondary building response to earthquake specific architectural design countermeasures. Baking in response to the development of the times, the paper argues that the new primary and secondary school buildings while taking into account the economic viability, and humane care for teachers and students should be consistent with the three development trending, community-oriented open space, flexible teaching space as well as the construction of the geographical features of the building. The above study of these design measures, the development direction of the reconstruction of school buildings provide a useful reference, to make it more healthy, more active, more effective services for the educational cause of the disaster area.
