Abstract


Since the 1980s , along with the reform and improvement of the system of urban infrastructure construction , urban infrastructure construction in China has made great achievements , greatly improve the backward state of urban production and living conditions , provide a strong economic and social development in China strong support. Urban infrastructure construction work is still a long way to go , stock level and developed countries, there is still not a small gap The incremental construction lagged behind the increase in urban population , investment emphasis on productive infrastructure , departure from the raise the standard of living of urban residents original intention . In this context , to study the conditions for the development of urban infrastructure and infrastructure differences between cities , urban infrastructure industry between efficient allocation of limited resources to improve the standard of living , it has the important practical significance. The article first study combing the concept of the development of urban infrastructure , define the scope and classification criteria of the study of urban infrastructure ; relations theory based on the awareness of the nature of the urban infrastructure , combing the city infrastructure and urban development ; systems research the theories and methods of evaluation of the level of urban infrastructure , has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the thesis work . The subsequent quantitative level of urban infrastructure problem , as the starting point of the level of products and services focus on urban living is closely related to the field of infrastructure , establishment of evaluation index system , respectively, linear weighted model and non- linear weighted model to quantify urban infrastructure level , and according to the quantitative results of analysis of the differences in the level of urban infrastructure . Finally, infrastructure investment , four aspects of the city 's economic and social development , urbanization and urban size and urban type analysis to explore the influencing factors of urban infrastructure level , and individual fixed effects model was constructed based on the value of comprehensive evaluation of the level of urban infrastructure analysis of influencing factors significantly its contribution level , as well as the development of urban infrastructure endowments differences . Finally , given appropriate policy recommendations based on the analysis results .
