Abstract


Informatization of catering enterprise is the very important part for upgrading the competitiveness.Ordering service is the first service which supply to customers,so it is like a first mirror that customer can feel the service quality.So it is vey important that the service quality is good or not. To set up one kind of convient and fast ordering service system.It will not only upgrade the efficiency and the quality of services,but also improve the service consciousness.It is a good way to set up the service brand as well.This article have designed and Implemented a Restaurant ordering service System based on 3G Platform.It analyzes the status of Restaurant ordering service at present and some shortages.To apply 3G that is well rounded and popular communication network,bringing out the ordering service system idea,design and achieve the C/S and B/S combined ordering service system.Through this system,the consumer can check and order the dishes anywhere and anytime.Also the waiters can through 3G end user, to order the dishes to in-store consumers.To some degree,improve the catering enterprise’s efficiency,quality and reputation.Compareing the present order system,this system,can save a lot of IT cost for the minor enterprise.Catering enterprise,just use the 3G device(such as 3G smart mobile phone, panel computer…etc),through 3G net work with this system,can do the daily ordering service work.It will not only save the investment basic hardware,also can reduce the operation and maintain cost,thus can improve the company’s competitveness.
