Abstract


Improve the safety of the power plant and the economy is each power plant operation personnel’s goal, and performance monitoring of production process for the comprehensive economic analysis, we can accurately, dynamic reflect the economic benefit of enterprise status. Real-time and historical data analysis of calculation for the power plant personnel for saving energy and reducing consumption, maintenance, provide a powerful data and analysis means of support. Performance monitoring or saving energy and reducing consumption of effective analysis methods, and the thermal power plant systems and equipment to power plant operation to energy saving brings apparent economic benefits.In this paper, the fujian jinjiang gas, steam combined cycle system based on the analysis of the gas turbine, waste heat boiler and steam turbine are established specific theory analysis model, and the combined cycle overall established complementary combustion type waste heat boiler steam combined cycle gas-the overall analysis model. Steam combined cycle gas-to all parts of the performance index system and summarizes, and according to the target for each part of gas power plant every performance index determined the specific implementation algorithm. Relying on computing platforms and real-time database connections, the summary of the specific algorithm through the model configuration method into computing platforms language, finally draw specific real-time images make real-time calculation results can be displayed, and finally form a complete steam combined cycle gas-the thermal performance real-time calculation analysis software. The gas-steam combined cycle sets the purpose of on-line monitoring is through the ChangJi real-time monitoring of the production process, to the power plant unit for the power plant performance calculation, load for scheduling optimization, optimize operation, to economic indicators for analysis and diagnosis, the main objective is to provide real-time process of formation of analysis and guidance, so as to improve the unit power plant in the running of reliability and economic benefit, and decision-making service for the power plant.
