This paper reviews the research status of magnetic the microporous mineral composite materials, and expounded the meaning of magnetic rectorite. The total precipitation the prepared nano Fe 3 O 4 optimum conditions: ferric chloride, ferrous sulfate as raw materials, according to the Fe 3 sup> the of Fe 2 sup> a molar ratio of 4: 3 configured as a solution, a 1mol / L NaOH solution to adjust the pH value to 11, the reaction was stirred for 1.5 h at 60 ℃, 80 ° C crystallization of 1.5 h . XRD, SEM, TEM, VSM analysis showed that the products were mainly the Fe 3 O 4 , the average crystal particle size of 14.1 nm, superparamagnetic saturation magnetization 56.337 A · m 2 sup> / kg, remanence 1.195 A · m 2 sup> / kg, and the magnetic coercive force is 0.167A · m -1 sup>. Composite fabricated Fe 3 O 4 supported magnetic rectorite stone step, XRD, TEM, VSM analysis show that Fe 3 O 4 particles uniformly negative rectorite surface, magnetic rectorite still has the good magnetic strength of the magnetic saturation with Fe 3 O 4 < / sub> load increases. Use plug layer principle the FeCl 3 FeSO 4 and organic intercalated rectorite stone as raw materials, preparation of Fe 3 O 4 pillared magnetic rectorite, XRD, SEM, magnetic, specific surface area analysis results show that the rectories there the Fe 3 O 4 . Fe 3 O 4 supported magnetic rectorite for metal ion research and the organic dyes simulation experiments of wastewater treatment of wastewater pollutants from the adsorption magnetic rectorite rectorite; when a certain concentration of pollutants in waste water, the rate of adsorption of metal ions and organics decolorization rate increase with time gradually increases after a certain period of time tends to be saturated; three The adsorption rate of metal ions relationship Cu 2 sup> gt; the Zn 2 sup> gt; of Cd 2 sup>, methylene blue decolorization effect than methyl orange ; With the rise of pH on the adsorption of metal ions in the wastewater rate of methylene blue decolorization rate increased decolorization rate decreased; With magnetic tired rectorite add increased amount of metal ions to The removal rate of organic dyes decolorization rate increases; With the increase of initial concentration of wastewater, the removal rate of metal ions and organic dye decolorization rate decreased gradually, but the magnetic rectorite adsorption of metal ions increase. Magnetic rectorite for methylene blue wastewater treatment after magnetic separation and recovery of experimental studies have shown that the magnetic separation of each sample recoveries were more than 96%, and the rapid recovery of the adsorbent in wastewater treatment using magnetic separation process can be realized.
