Abstract


Scientific Concept of Development must include Ecological Civilization. The report of the 17th national congress of CPC formally proposed a concept of the“build ecological civilization”, and also takes the material civilization, spiritual civilization, political civilization and social civilization together into the Overall Layout of the Socialist Cause. This symbolizes the basic form of ecological civilization in the Scientific Concept of Development has achieved. The ecological civilization in the Scientific Concept of Development is a product of the certain era condition, it has the deepen theory origin, rich ideological connotation, and important theoretical and practical value. This paper based on the Marxist scientific world view and methodology; adhere to the combination of theory with practice. This article is divided into four parts:Part one mainly discuss the ecological civilization in the Scientific Concept of Development is a product under the certain era condition Firstly, the ecological civilization in the Scientific Concept of Development is the product of reflection on civilized development road that human has achieved and is a new civilization development model after human original civilization, agricultural civilization and industrial civilization. Secondly, The ecological civilization in the Scientific Concept of Development is a product under the condition that social and ecological environment of human deteriorated rapidly, and is a product of the ear request. Thirdly, the ecological civilization in the Scientific Concept of Development is the request of our country modernization.The second part mainly discusses the theory origin of the ecological civilization in the scientific development. First, theory of Marxist ecology is the spring of the ecological civilization in the scientific development. Second, the idea of ecological environment construction of Chinese-Marxist Theory is the direct source for the ecological civilization in the Scientific Concept of Development. Third, the ecological civilization in the Scientific Concept of Development has a profound cultural background, and also it criticized and inherited the Eco-ethical thought in Chinese traditional culture, In addition, it draws the essence of human Ecological Civilization, especially draw the essence from the Western Developed countries.The third part mainly introducing the process of ecological civilization in the Scientific Concept of Development; and its periodical concept. The primary thought of ecological civilization in the Scientific Concept of Development; is“focus on co-ordinate for the harmonious development about man and nature”and sustained development”, at present it was developed into“building the resource saving, pro-environmental and harmonious socialist society”, which is equal to the thought of Two-oriented society. The report of the 17th national congress of CPC formally proposed building the socialist ecological civilization, which symbolized the basic form of ecological civilization thought in the Scientific Concept of Development has achieved.The fourth part mainly discusses the theoretical and practical value of ecological civilization thought in the Scientific Concept of Development;From the theoretical contribution of view, the ecological civilization thought in the Scientific Concept of Development in flourished and developed the concept of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics on the bases of the ecological thought of Marxism. From the practical point of view, it is a good way to break the bottlenecks which severely impedes the further development of society, and it opened a new field to civilization development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and also is a strong impetus to the historical process of the ecological civilization of human society.
