Therefore, promoting the optimization of the industrial structure, backward productivity is the key to improve the quality and efficiency of economic. At the same time, capital market developing rapidly, it as enterprise harmony set the effective place promoted funds optimum resource allocation in the flow of production factor in economic development, plays an important role. In this context, the research development of capital market on the role of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has practical significance.This paper from the theory, combined with the capital market and the industrial structure optimization related basic theory research, the development of capital market to adjust the industrial structure optimization mechanism analysis.That the capital markets through to the capital stock adjustment and incremental adjustment, as the core enterprise’s development, realize industrial capital support the change, the industrial structure evolution, achieve the purpose of adjusting the industrial structure.
