Abstract


With the reform and opening-up,China has already stepped into a steady developing stage of urbanization.The direct spatial materialization of urbanization is urban spatial expansion.The urban spatial materialization expansion is the spatialaetion and direet manifestations of proeess of urbanization,so it is of great importance to research urban spatial expansion in order that government can formulate urban poliey and plan rationally. Chinese special economic political and cultural patterns led to changes in urban form has its relative complexity and diversity. Therefore, the research of our country urban spatial form has great value.In this paper, I will take Shenbei New District as research case, which Shenyang focus on promoting the development of the four is the comprehensive reform of the pilot area,which has rapid economic development, rapid urbanization, obvious urban spatial diffusion. This paper comprehensively assess the potential for economic development Shenbei New District and conduct a comprehensive ranking by comparing Shenbei New District and seven other suburbs of Shenyang City using factor analysis. According to the different time land utilization condition and the overall plan situation of Shenbei New District, it analysis the proliferation way of urban space of the Shenbei New District. And analyzes it the question which appears in the urban space diffusion process then to put forward the optimized proposal. This article includes five parts, the following key elements:In the first part,briefly introduces the foreign urban spatial structure theory and the patterns,among the numerous theory schools of thought,Burgis’s concentric circle theory,Hoyt’s sector theory,Harris andUhlmann’s multiple-core theory are in the most representation position;besides,carries out thorough andcareful analysis on the research process of the theory concerning urban spatial structure in our country andits history variation process so as to provide theory basis for further research.In the second part,I will mainly introduc the basic situation of the study area from location and administrative divisions, social and economic development status, development status in Shenyang City of Shenbei New District.In the third part,through deep research into the characteristics of urban spatial structure of Shenbei New District,I summarized and analyzed the existing problems of urban spatial structure of Shenbei New District.In the fourth part,I will divid the formation of urban spatial structure of Shenbei New District into three different stages: (1) before 2000; (2) 2000-2006; (3) Since 2006, three different periods.And I will comprehensively analyze the historical evolution of urban spatial structure of Shenbei New District.In the last part ,through researching the character of Shenbei New District urban space deeply, I summarized and analyzed the problem appeared in the proliferation of Shenbei New District urban space.And in view of the present situation,the existing main problems and the variation tendency of development of spatial structure in Shenbei New District, I will discuss the adjustment way and theoptimized measure of spatial structure in Shenbei New District,then propose the countermeasure for planning the spatial structure of Shenbei New District.
