Abstract


Strategic management is the business community in recent years , management sector and academia more concerned about an issue , really related to the fate of an organization . This is both a preliminary exploration in this area , also in the MBA program after learning theory to solve practical problems, a practice , so as to Wugang company's procurement strategy development and implementation of exploring new ways , while a similar steel companies also have some reference. On the company's internal and external environment Wugang research, analysis based on the comparison to determine the Wugang company's procurement strategy objectives. I apply business management principles, through the SWOT analysis to determine the procurement is in Wugang SWOT strategic choice in the second quadrant diagram , that is, \steel company purchases the strengths, weaknesses , opportunities and challenges. This paper analyzes the company's internal and external Wugang environment and future trends , combined with raw material resources, using SWOT research methods to determine the Wuyang company in the new environment should be taken under the procurement strategy in the company's overall strategy Wugang should be developed on the basis of the focus shifted to the suppliers to establish \supply chain. To stabilize the resources to achieve effective management of suppliers to improve quality and reduce pollutant emissions arrival , improve security, and modern management model to achieve integration , reducing process costs, the main raw material for steel scrap procurement , innovative procurement model , strong promoting household scrap base construction . Wuyang Wuyang Iron and Steel Company to the company through the implementation of the procurement process optimization, procurement price adjustment and strengthening of information management and other measures to achieve its procurement strategy objectives.
