The new bactericide long gram bacteria is the Zhejiang Longwan Chemical Industry Co. Ltd., with independent intellectual property rights of invention patent product. The product with high efficiency in the control of crop pests bacterial disease, its effect is better than that of the commonly used pesticides, by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of science and Technology identified as high-tech products, the national Ministry of science and Technology identified as state-level Spark Program projects, the State Economic and Trade Commission as a national level new products, by the Ministry of Agriculture issued one of the pesticides pollution free agriculture product recommendation, the National Agricultural Technology Extension and service center as a national focus on the promotion of products. This paper deeply studies on the fungicidal activity, and the effects of generalization, field efficacy. 1 through the indoor bioassay, found the growth and reproduction of 20% long gram bacteria suspension on rice bacterial leaf blight, Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzicola, citrus canker and Chinese cabbage soft rot bacteria have inhibitory effect on EC50, 2.59,14.22,23.84201 μ g/ml, according to the pathogen EC50 size, long gram bacteria on the the activity of pathogenic bacteria of the order of > of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. Oryzicola; > citrus canker pathogen > Chinese cabbage soft rot. 2 through the field experiment, found 20% long gram bacteria suspension has obvious effect on preventing and controlling bacterial disease of rice bacterial blight, rice bacterial leaf streak, citrus canker and soft rot of Chinese cabbage, control effect were higher than the agents currently used. In the prevention and treatment of soft rot of Chinese cabbage in the experiment, based on the observation, test reagent without affecting crop phenomenon, to other biological harmless. The test results can be seen: the good effect of 20% long gram bacteria suspension against bacterial disease of rice bacterial blight, rice bacterial leaf streak, citrus canker and soft rot of Chinese cabbage, can be applied. 20% long gram bacteria suspension has a certain effect on the treatment of fungal diseases of Citrus scab and Watermelon Fusarium wilt, biocontrol effect slightly better than the control drug, but also in the prevention and control of Citrus Scab test, based on the observation that long gram bacteria without damage to citrus, citrus pests natural enemies of common also security 3 through nine years (2000 ~ 2009) application, popularization and application of the total area of 21652000 mu, the new output value reached 2280000000 yuan. Application of long gram bacteria made remarkable achievements in the prevention and control work in crop disease.
