So, the proper surfactants and their dosages in the Flowable water concentrate for seed treatmen system were selected using the flowing point test and trial method. A quantitative high performance liquid chromatography method of the active ingredient thiamethoxam in the formulation40%FS was developed:a DIKMa C18[200mm×4.6mm (i.d.),1μm] column in40℃,methanol/water(40:60) as mobile phase, Flow rate is1.OmL/min, sample size is20μL and determination at251nm. The inear regression equation of the method was y=41566.3x+1003.5,R2=0.9999, average recovery percentage was99.3%, standard deviation was0.38%,coefficient of variation was0.01%.
