As a developing area, shortage of funds has been a key factor that hindered the advance of economic. To study government financing in Jilin province, the meaning of government financing is introduced based on public economics theroy and the research about current financing situation in JiLin has been carried out. By analysing local financing problems and experiences in other developed areas, the countermeasures and support measures for future on government financing are proposed. There are five parts in this thesis. First, the author introduced the background, content and innovation about this research; Second, above on government financing theory, author introduces the meaning and feature of government financing, analyses the financing models and their respective characteristics; Third, above on the current situation about government financing, the author sums up multiple financing models and analyses their separate features; fourth, By analysing the demend of financing in the next five years. fifth, be demestic and international representatives of developed area in government financing, Beijing, Shanghai, Britain and U.S.A are cited to find out the senior experiences on government financing;Sixth, by analysis above, the author proposed the suggestions and measures about government financing models in Jilin province.
