With the development of the society and the enhance of people’s awareness of health, the problem of food safety is taking more and more attention, especially the problem of the animal food safety. Consumers urgently need a regulatory system of food safety so that the process of food production and distribution can be supervised and inspected and make consumers be faithful to food safety. At present, the developed countries require to establish a tracing system of food safety and consider this system as an effective means of food safety management. This paper, according to the actual situation of China’s food production and sales, analyzes the key factors in the process of pig-producing, slaughtering and sales with the example of pork food safety traceability, and combined with today’s advanced RFID rf individual identification technology, SMS platform technology, B/S architecture technology as the core of the system, implement electronic tags such as "ear mark", "meat standard" and so on in order to realize the identification of pig product offline and function of information-carrying, stimulate pig product inspection and quarantine standardization, production process monitoring visualization, trading information network and pig for product quality and safety two-way traceability ability.It has preliminary developed the traceability system of pork production process and provide a way for consumers’right to know and the improving of government’s supervision.The content of this paper is:1, making a design to the function and frame of RFID system of animal products’safety and supervision based on the analysis of information-traced of pork quility.2, developing a tag which is suitable for white pork products RFID individual identification to provide technical support for the realization of meat quality identification and on-site retrospection, online traces the ability.3, developing a software system for collecting and sending pork information in slaughterhouses.4, developing the prototype with authentication tracing system in animal products quality field (supermarkets or farmer’s market) and completing product stereotypes.5, establishing a public network platform for pigs product quality traceability based on web technology, and providing interfaces for information collection and inquiry of pig-producing and immune process.This research of this system also provides a reference for other products’food safety traceability so that it can effectively track and warn the information of product procurement,production,process and circulation in food supply chain in order to improve the management of food quality in food supply chain and promote the production and sales of safe food and the construction of corporation’s brand while improve corporations’competitive power in markets.
